New Jersey’s capitol, in Trenton, was the twelfth capitol I photographed. The building itself is small and wedged into a row of government buildings in Trenton, limiting its viewing and photographic angles. Ironically, the best views of the Jersey Capitol are from Pennsylvania - this is the only capitol building that can be seen from a different state, across the Delaware River, which Trenton and the capitol sit on. This is also the only capitol I’ve been to that required a tour in order to access the interior; luckily they were accommodating with my tripod and setup. These photos were taken over two trips, in November of 2012 and July of 2013.
