Idaho’s capitol, in Boise, was the 40th capitol I photographed. Unfortunately, travel delays and smoke from nearby wildfires conspired to give me less than ideal conditions, but the cityscape offered some good views, and the well-lit interior was an interesting challenge. I’d like to come back on a clear day to take advantage of the beautiful mountainscape north of the building, but I’m happy with how these came out. These photos were all taken in July of 2024.
