More Astrophotography!
Over the past couple of months, I’ve started to focus a bit more on landscape astrophotography - nighttime photography that incorporates terrestrial scenes. My favorite of recent attempts is a star trail photo at Nauset Light on the Cape, which is below. I’m also pretty happy with some star trail work in Old Orchard Beach, Maine - that was a tough photo, as I was dealing with bright direct light while trying to capture trails. Both images are stacked composites of over 100 photos, with the foreground image isolated from one of them.
